Today, the fifth generation of the Brown family continues the tradition, drawing sap from over 4,500 trees across 120 acres using modern tubing systems and time-honored care.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTheir syrup is everything I love about real maple: rich, complex, and deeply flavorful. You can taste the 40 gallons of sap it takes to make each gallon of syrup. It’s a jug of Ohio heritage—slow-boiled with intention and bottled with pride.
